Meet Your Instructors

Kathleen Jones

MA, LMP, NBC-HWC, CYT 

Kathleen Jones is an NBHWC certified Health and Wellness Coach, and board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional. She draws from her vast experience training physicians, professional health and wellness coaches, and coaching students. She is an artful presenter who weaves together evidence from lifestyle medicine, positive psychology, and mind-body practices with coaching methodology known to drive behavior change.

Michelle Tollefson

MD, FACOG

Dr. Michelle Tollefson is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with expertise in women’s health, psychological stress, and lifestyle medicine. Part of the lifestyle medicine movement for the last ten years, she has served as guest faculty for the Harvard Institute of Lifestyle Medicine, a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine’s Education Committee, and a consultant with women’s health organizations to design and implement prenatal lifestyle medicine interventions.

Ivonne Lambie

MAT, NBC-HWC

Ivonne Lambie is an NBHWC certified coach as well as an experienced life coach with great depth of understanding and experience in wellness, positive psychology and behavior change. She practices a supportive and client-centered approach that inspires self-awareness and positive growth. She has over a decade of experience coaching clients in the areas of weight management, resiliency/emotional well-being, fitness, and healthy eating, and she has worked in community, worksite, and healthcare settings.
